Fruit diet sometimes called ‘hallelujah’ diet is the use of raw fruits and vegetables in place of fatty and junk foods. Fruits and vegetables are less expensive, easily assessible and completely safe. Asides from assisting you shed some unwanted fats, other importance of fruits include:

We should however know that not all fruits are safe for weight reduction as some contains more calories than others and we are trying to cut down calories when we are reducing weight. It is rich in electrolytes and fluid content, contains Vitamin A which is an anti-oxidant, asides from helping to reduce weight it has potassium that helps maintain internal body fluids thereby maintain heart rate and blood pressure.
Guava is an excellent choice in weight reduction, it also helps prevent infection because of vitamin c in it, it also contains essential vitamins and minerals like copper, vitamin b6, bco and magnesium.

Pear fruits is packed with health benefiting nutrients such as dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals and anti-oxidants. It contains low calories but highly nutricious and can also protect against colon cancer.
Excellent source of anti-oxidant, low calorie although sweet which could make up for the urge for sweet things, could be made into juice (natural), a good source of ascorbic acid which is good to fight infection. Can also act as laxative because of the fibre content.
BEANS AND LEGUMES
Green leaves and legumes are perfect for weight loss, beans contains more of carbohydrate than people perceived it to be but compared to white rice and bread, it is of low calorie and the point is not to scrap out a class of food. So beans can be substitute for these high-calorie carbohydrate. Cabbage, lettuce and cucumber are also good.

Good sources of Vitamins and minerals. Lemon contains low saturated fats(also known as good fats). It helps to de-toxicate the body and lemons are also used for cosmetic purposes and teeth whitening.
It is excellent for people that want to lose weight, because of its poor calorie count. It is very good during hot weather, it can hydrate you immeasurably. Garden eggs are so good for the nervous system and heart. They help in lowering blood sugar level.
